Challenge
Understand the needs of children and adults with moderate allergies and asthma, create paper prototypes based on their feedback, and test those concepts for interest and potential market viability.
Approach
Interview, shadow, collage, and get feedback on prototypes with 18 allergy sufferers and their families to understand adherence challenges, then after creating prototypes, test the concepts.
Results
Research identified consumer needs, concerns, and concept recommendations that opened the brand to differentiatable commercial product options.
